How Do I Join The Customer Loyalty Scheme?
You don't have to do anything at all. If you have a customer account on the Fish Fur and Feather website then discounts will be applied without any action on your part. The rate of discount will be worked out from the value of all purchases from us in the last year, even those from before we started this Customer Loyalty Scheme.
How It Works
If you add something to your shopping cart and go to the checkout we will have a look at the value of all your purchases from us in the last year and depending on what that figure is, we will apply a percentage discount to the cost of the items in your cart. The percentages can be found in the table below.
The level of discount does not include the value of the items you are currently ordering, or any other pending orders which have not yet been despatched to you. Discount is also not applied to the postage cost of your order.
