Shipping Information

Our post and packing costs are based on the weight of the package and its destination. We ship to 3 different zones - GB, Europe and the US/Canada. We do not ship to destinations outside of those areas.

All items should be checked on delivery and you should notify us by email of any problems within 48 hours.

We do not currently offer overnight delivery, though we will endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours, however in all cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery. European parcels can take up to 12 days to arrive from the date we ship them. Canadian/USA parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive from the date we ship them.

Shipping Cost

To view the shipping cost for any items just add them to your cart. The post and packing cost for a GB delivery will then be displayed in the shopping cart box (top right). If you are logged in to your account the shipping cost to your location will be shown.

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and the destination, either UK or Europe or Canada/USA. To find the shipping cost of an order please add the items you require to the shopping cart and go to the checkout page. You will be shown the shipping cost before you are asked for any payment details and can return to this page as many times as you like to check the weight and cost of the order.

For overseas deliveries over 2KG please contact us first. UK deliveries can be heavier, email us first for a quote.

Please note that we have no control over how a mail is delivered, so requests such as "if I'm not in please leave it with next door at number 54" cannot be followed.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Please contact us if you need to return an item. We will then send you details of how to return the item to us. We reserve the right to charge for time, materials and shipping arising from incorrectly returned items. For debit/credit card refunds which are not our fault we will charge a 4% handling fee (this is to cover the costs we incur taking the original charge and then refunding it). All carriage risks and costs incurred by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility. We can not accept the return of items such as pipe and tubing which have been cut to size or items ordered specially (ie, spare parts).

Electrical Voltages

Please note that all mains powered electrical items are suitable for the UK electric system, ie, 230 volts, 50Hz. If your electric system does not match this please contact us before ordering.
